We were absentee owner/renters with a cottage in Mt Dora. Our renters had left our property in unspeakable filthy condition as I saw when we decided to sell. Christine put together a "punch list" of repairs and suggestions found venders to do the work reported on progress and completion of work and sold our cottage in short order even though we had missed the busy winter season. Christine always answered our phone calls and questions. With her help I never had to make the 8 hour drive to try to do all of these things myself.
